Taking notice can help ground us in the present moment. This has lots of benefits such as reducing anxiety, overwhelming feelings, regulating our heart rate and increasing feelings of gratitude and happiness.

Regular physical activity works wonders to support anxiety, low mood and depression. 20 minutes of an elevated heart rate a day is as effective as anti depressants. How incredible is that!

Connection with other people is important for our wellbeing. So much so that many studies and research into happiness have cited that connection with other people is more valuable to us than money and other successes.

Gifting and receiving gifts increases our sense of connection and wellbeing. People that regularly gift others report feeling happier themselves.
